Before founding LPK’s Culinary Groove in 1998, Lesia Kohut worked as pastry chef and cake designer at several well-known Toronto restaurants and bakeries including Cantine, Flo’s Diner, Byzantium and All the Best Fine Foods.
Roxanne Keeping, Store Manager & Creative Director –
A graduate of Ryerson's respected Photography program, Roxanne Keeping comes from the ever-evolving world of professional photography and advertising.
Lani Sopman, Kitchen Manager & Pastry Chef -
Lani Sopman’s passion for pastry started very early in life. She spent her childhood watching anything to do with cooking on television and has devoted her entire life to making people feel good through food.
