I believe in… certified organic, fair trade, horizontal trade, local, sustainable, Certified Local Sustainable, community, love and respect, awareness, knowing who and where our food comes from, being thankful
I read your note with sadness….you may not remember me, but I’m a fresh graduate of GB from the baking program (you interviewed me for externship, but unfortunately I didn’t get the job!). I’ve been a Facebook fan of yours for quite some time. I took a GF baking course at your store about a yr ago, and I have to say, the recipe that you gave us for chocolate cupcakes was truly the best GF product I’ve ever had. I hope in future you find a way to stay in that niche, as those that are gluten intolerant need great bakers like you. I admire your courage and share your passion for food and the desire to leave a better world for our children. I hope you let all your fans and followers know where you will begin anew.
All the best to you,
Thanks so much Linda! I do remember you, and am thankful to hear that even though you didn’t do your externship at LPK’s, we had a positive impact on you and yours nonetheless. Thank you for your kinds words, and best wishes to you in your baking endeavours. Cheers!
I’m sorry to hear that you are closing. I came to your site to see if your products were available in Montreal. I have been gluten-free for 4 years and have managed to replace most sources with something I find satisfying. Baked goods are the exception. I have spent a ridiculous amount of money trying to find GF baked goods that are satisfying I hope you can regroup.
